As guests stepped through the rustic saloon doors, expertly crafted by none other than my husband Brian, they were transported to a world of country charm and hospitality. The venue was adorned with white floral decor nestled in mason jars, while horseshoes added the perfect rustic touch to the ambiance. String lights twinkled overhead, casting a warm glow on the festivities, and bales of hay added an authentic country flair. Let's not forget the live country band playing on stage! Words cannot describe how amazing they were! Just amazing!
But let's talk about the food. The menu was a feast for the senses, with tantalizing offerings such as chicken and veggie kebabs, beef sliders, veggie sliders, pork sliders, and roasted brussel sprouts.
Now, let me tell you about the entertainment. Chad Kutting and David Nielsen, our charming MCs for the evening, stole the show with their charisma and captivating personalities. Their witty banter and infectious energy kept the crowd entertained throughout the night, making the auction an absolute delight to attend.
Speaking of entertainment, Bootleg Band kept the party going with the best of country music, filling the dance floor with twirling couples and infectious laughter. It was a joyous sight to behold as the community came together to dance the night away.
Of course, no event would be complete without a photo booth , and the one at the Stagecoach auction was a hit with guests. Provided by PixCbooth, it was themed around all things country, with props galore and plenty of laughs to go around.
But it wasn't just about the food and entertainment—the silent auction area also saw a fantastic response from attendees, with generous bids pouring in for a variety of coveted items.
